What are your hours?

Our hours are Wednesday - Saturday, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. Orders will be ready, delivered, or shipped on one of these days.
How should I store my treats?

Keeping your cookies and brownies in an air-tight container will preserve the quality and freshness for up to 3 days. You also have the option to freeze them. I recommend freezing them for up to 1 month for maximum flavor.

Eliza's Cookies & Treats, LLC is a home bakery located in Gahanna, Ohio 43230.
How do I get in contact with you?

How do I place an order?

All orders must be placed through this website. In the event your card does not work, please email me at elizascookies@gmail.com and I will send you a custom link.
When will my order be ready?

Pickup orders will be ready from Wednesday - Saturday. You will have 24 hours to come to pick up your order after receiving your 'pickup ready' email. After 24 hours, you forfeit your order and will not be refunded. Please check your SPAM folder if you are expecting an email from us. Delivery orders will be delivered on Wednesday - Saturday during the day. Shipping orders will be sent out early Wednesday - Saturday morning, and you will be provided with a tracking number.
Do you offer pickup/delivery?

Yes, contactless pickup and delivery are available. Delivery is up to 20 miles outside of the Gahanna area, with $5 <15 miles, $7 >15 miles. Please note that if the proper distance is not chosen, I have the right to change the delivery fee for your order.
Can I substitute cookies in the Mixed Dozen?

No substitutions* are allowed for any reason besides that of a nut allergy. Any requests will be politely declined. However, we do have a 'Build Your Dozen' option where you can choose up to three different flavors. *Chocolate Chip Walnut cookies will be substituted for Chocolate Chip.
Can I order single cookies?

No, we only sell cookies in packs of 12, 18, and 24. However, be sure to check our social media for special sales in the future. (IG/FB: @elizascookiesandtreats)
